Our Founder
The company is led by Ethan Mazur, the founder and architect behind Mazur Capital’s ecosystem. As CEO, he is responsible for the long-term vision, system architecture, and foundational design of both the technology and business strategy. It was his original concept to structure the platform into interconnected divisions, including Dawn Software, Stratos.ai, and Dawn Research. His focus is on building a unified financial operating system that blends simulation, artificial intelligence, and real-time data into one scalable platform.
Ethan is currently a high school student from New York and is committed to continuing his studies at the University of Texas at Austin, where he plans to further develop his work in financial systems and software development. Under his leadership, Mazur Capital aims to evolve from a software concept into a fully functioning financial intelligence infrastructure.
